However, not all ingredients in AG1 Athletic Greens are as well-supported. Alfalfa Powder, for example, contains some nutrients but lacks strong research showing its use for immunity or detox in healthy individuals.
We approve of spirulina, chlorella, and wheat grass powder in this blend but disapprove of other ingredients.

Finally, we examined the adaptogens and herbs in AG1 Athletic Greens. These are supposed to help the body deal with stress and stay balanced.
