KSM-66® Organic Ashwagandha Extract helps reduce stress and lower cortisol, which could prevent stress-related weight gain, but our research discovered that it does not directly burn fat.
Quercetin Extract is a flavonoid packed with antioxidants, and Rhodiola Rosea is often praised for its stress-relief benefits. But neither of them has been directly proven to enhance fat loss.
