Do You Ship Internationally?

Apart from the U.S. some of the countries where Flawlessbloom Product ships its products are Canada, U.K, Ireland, Australia, and New Zealand. During the checkout process, upon entering your shipping details, you'll find a comprehensive list of countries we ship to. If you don't see your country listed, it means we're currently unable to ship there.

What Shipping Carriers Do You Use?

Depending on your location, your order may be shipped via DHL, FedEx International, or UPS International. What Are the Shipping Costs and Times?

For orders over $40 in the US, shipping is absolutely free! For international orders, a nominal shipping fee is applied depending on the destination. Generally, orders within the US take 5-7 working days, while international orders may take 10-15 working days. Rest assured, we strive to dispatch and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

What Is Your Return Policy?

At Flawlessbloom Product, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 60 days for a full refund—even if you've opened and tried the product. Simply contact our customer service for a Return Authorization Code (RAC) and return instructions. Please note, this policy applies to your first order only and does not cover shipping costs.
