We consider them to be unnecessary additives because the product already contains active ingredients that are backed by research to prove their effectiveness.

Ethoxydiglycol is the only ingredient that has been said to be a carrier of the active ingredients. It is stated that it can significantly improve the absorption of all the active ingredients from the cream into the skin.

Since the other additives are not backed by science, we are not certain whether some of them may be harmful to the skin or not.
