Field of Greens contains a list of added vitamins and minerals, which we considered as redundant, because the product already contains 100% real fruits and vegetables that are already packed with nutrients.

A lot of dietary supplement brands add vitamins and minerals to make their ‘Supplement Facts Labels’ look more appealing. This is because many consumers might not tell the difference between added synthetic vitamins and vitamins from foods.

We recommend that you generally avoid supplements containing a large number of added vitamins and minerals, as they may be toxic to some consumers and cause side effects.

As one of the authors of this review, I personally tried Field of Greens.

I had high hopes when I commenced taking this supplement, especially because of the blend of organic ingredients that are known for their antioxidant and detoxifying properties. I was also intrigued by the manufacturer’s claims to boost immunity, enhance overall health, and provide other benefits.

I did notice an increase in my energy levels throughout the day, and also the feeling of satiety, which helped control my appetite.

I, however, did not like its mixability. It blends poorly, and the recommended serving is too thick. I also purchased the original flavor, which wasn’t palatable to me. I couldn’t stomach it. So instead of water, I started using apple juice, which helped in masking the taste. Maybe the other flavors taste better.

Convenience-wise, I would say this superfood powder is beneficial. It offers a simple solution if you struggle to meet your daily fruit and vegetable intake through your diet.

When it comes to supplements, what works for some might not work for others. BrickHouse Nutrition Field of Greens is a decent product, but I would personally not recommend it as the best option, based on the above parameters.
