Ingredient Analysis

Move Free Advanced Supplement Fact Move Free Advanced Supplement Fact

Move Free Advanced includes a blend of unique ingredients that work in synergy to support joint flexibility and mobility. Below are key ingredients contained in this formula, supported by links to scientific studies:

Glucosamine

Glucosamine is known to support the formation of cartilage. The compound is an essential building block responsible for joint stress, flexibility, and mobility support. As we already discused in DEVA Vegan Glucosamine MSM & Chondroitin Review.

Glucosamine and MSM are well-established in supporting joint health, but while these key ingredients are beneficial, it's important to approach any supplement with caution, especially when clinical trials are lacking. - John Thomson Smith, MD FRCS, Chief Medical Officer | Orthopaedic Surgeon | MedTech Consultant

A research study published in Arthritis Research and Therapy reports that taking glucosamine can help in the construction of joint connective tissues. It has also been shown to help in building damaged cartilage. We approve this ingredient.

Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM)

Methylsulfonyl Methane, popularly referred to as MSM, is a rich source of sulfur present in the body, and it is known to support the formation of collagen in crucial parts of 0the joints, thus supporting cartilage structure.

According to a study published in Nutrients, MSM is a form of an organic compound naturally present in animals and humans, effective in reducing oxidative stress on the joints.

We approve this ingredient.

Uniflex

Unified, also known as Fruitex-B calcium fructoborate (C.F), is a clinically tested mineral complex known for its ability to support joint health, thus offering relief from pain and ensuring comfort. (Mentioned on the official website)

A study published in Biological Trace Element Research suggests that CF helps improve the quality of life of arthritis patients. However, these are preliminary results, and further research is required to ascertain their efficiency claims.

We disapprove of this ingredient.

We Tried Move Free Advanced

We Tried Move Free Advanced We Tried Move Free Advanced

Because of the advancement in age, I have been feeling discomfort in the joints lately. A friend of mine had advised that I try joint health supplements to ease the symptoms I had started experiencing.

In the process of searching for the best joint health supplement, I came across Move Free Advanced trending, so I told myself, Why not try this one? I shifted my focus to this particular supplement and started researching it. One key thing I noted is that it contained ingredients similar to those found in other joint health supplements, apart from one ingredient which I noted was in its preliminary tests and so its efficiency in supporting joint health was not conclusive.

Anyway, I still decided to try it to see what it can do for my joint health concerns. Two months into using the product, I did not notice the expected improvement in my joints. The swelling and pain subsided slightly, but not entirely. The flexibility of my joints also didn’t improve much.

However, despite these notable positive changes, these are not the results I expected, given that I had been using the supplement for close to two months. I had hoped for complete relief from swelling and pain and total joint flexibility.

In general, I can say that the supplement works, but it may not be ideal if you are looking for an option that can offer immediate relief. With this supplement, you need to exercise a lot of patience. I also think it works great for those with mild symptoms. In my case, my symptoms were a bit severe, probably the reason why I only noted slight improvement even after taking the supplement for that long. As an alternative to this, you can try ProJoint Plus.

Side Effects & Safety

There is no proof that the Move Free Advanced formula has undergone clinical trials. For this reason, it is difficult to tell whether Move Free Advanced causes side effects or not. However, some users have reported stomach irritation.

It is important to note that the formula contains shellfish. From our research, shellfish have been found to cause uncomfortable and life-threatening symptoms. Some of the manageable symptoms include abdominal pain, vomiting, swelling of the throat, and hives or skin rash. One of the common life-threatening conditions linked to the consumption of shellfish is anaphylaxis (trouble breathing).

Real Customer Reviews

We regard Amazon as our option when it comes to sourcing customer reviews because it is an independent website with real customer feedback that reflects their true opinion about a product.

At the time of writing this review, this product had an average star rating of 4/5 stars with around 19,538 reviews. We compiled some of the top reviews from Amazon, and here is what some users think of this supplement:

Our top review was from a verified purchaser called Geeta A., who gave Move Free Advanced 5/5 stars, saying.

I have ordered twice, and I feel like my joint pain is almost gone. It is an awesome product worth the money.

Our other top review was from a verified purchaser called Lener, who gave Move Free Advanced 3/5 stars, saying.

It may be too soon to judge whether or not this product will be effective. However, it’s worrying that calcium fluoroborate, a key ingredient in this formula, its safety on human health is not conclusive. Also, the dosage information of some of the ingredients is not given.

Pros & Cons

Pros:

  • Contains natural ingredients
  • May help support joint health
  • Easy to access because it is sold in different retail outlets
  • Comes in tablet form, making it convenient to take

Cons

  • Some ingredients lack sufficient scientific backing
  • Results are likely to vary from one user to another
  • Some people may find it pricey compared to other alternatives on the market.
  • It contains shellfish, making it not suitable for individuals allergic to shellfish.
  • May cause side effects

Should You Buy Move Free Advanced

The Move Free Advanced Tablet formula seems to contain ingredients that can support joint health. However, we do not completely recommend the supplement because there is no proof of clinical trials that support its efficiency claims.

Also, the inclusion of shellfish in the formula makes it unsafe for use, especially for individuals allergic to shellfish. Again, users have raised concerns about the supplement being highly priced, something we have also witnessed when buying the product for testing.

While we recommend this formula as a good supplement for joint pain, we advise users to approach it with caution. Nevertheless, you must give Flawless Bloom JointXL Plus a shot, as it offers a more comprehensive approach to joint health. It offers more efficient ingredients and is also free from common allergens.
