I fall into both categories as I had previously abandoned the keto diet because of the headaches and fatigue it caused me. After switching to intermittent fasting, the same symptoms caught up with me, which made me go back to my unhealthy eating habits. As a result, losing fat (especially in stubborn areas) became a real struggle.

How I Used KetoFuse Daily
The recommended use for KetoFuse is to take 2 capsules daily, 20-30 minutes before a meal, and with a glass of water (8 fl oz). For optimal results, users are required to take this supplement consistently for 3 months.
Since there were no restrictions on when to take this product, I opted to take my dose in the mornings right before my workouts for an extra energy boost. I also prefer doing things in the morning before I get swamped by work and other errands, so mornings keep me consistent. As for those who can’t stomach supplements in the mornings, taking them in the early afternoon is another optimal time you can try. This applies to the best supplements for weight loss as well.
To achieve better results in my 8-week experiment, I paired these keto pills with low-carb meals and intermittent fasting.

My 8-Week Experience with KetoFuse

Weeks 1–2: Initial appetite control, energy boost, slight water weight loss.
Like with all things, the first step is always the hardest. So I went into my first two weeks with an open mindset of taking things one day at a time. As I had said earlier, I opted to take my pills first thing in the morning so that I wouldn’t forget. And as I had anticipated, I felt a slight energy boost during my morning jog.
I also experienced a bit of appetite control. Initially, I would be extremely hungry after jogging, which forced me to stop by a café for a snack before going back home. However, after the first week of KetoFuse, I felt like I could jog back home without needing to stop for a snack. In fact, I could suppress my appetite until after showering and could even prep a quick meal for breakfast. That, to me, was quite an achievement.
Additionally, I noticed that I lost a pound each day on my scale readings in the first few days. While it was quite uplifting, I understood it to be water weight loss and not fat loss, which is more gradual.
Weeks 3–4: Better mental clarity, noticeable inch loss, reduced cravings.
By week 3, taking my pills became second nature. I did not have to set a reminder like in the first weeks. My energy levels were at an all-time high, making my workouts quite productive and enjoyable. Surprisingly, my mental clarity also improved a lot, especially after working out. I was in a good mood throughout the day, my stress levels were low, and I could concentrate better on my reports.

Just like in the previous weeks, I kept up with my morning jogs, light workouts in the evenings, and strength training during the weekends. My recovery time had also gone a notch higher as I could go back to other activities after a good rest without feeling lethargic. With my 8-week experiment coming to an end, it was a bittersweet moment. I had come so far into my weight loss journey, learnt to be consistent, and was nearing my weight loss goals. Not only was I feeling good, but also healthy. I’ve never been this disciplined and strategic with my weight loss.
